This workshop is for those who want to deepen their Yoga practice, by creating their own Yoga Self Practice.
What is Self Practice?
Simply put; it’s practicing Yoga without a teacher (in person or online).
Self Practice enables us to step on our mats anywhere, anytime, and tailor our practice to what we need in that moment.
But we often just don’t know where to start!
Which is why I’m running this workshop; to get you started on your Self Practice journey, whilst sharing my passion for the Self Practice that has bought me so much, over so many years.
You’ll walk away from this workshop with a Self Practice Framework, and the confidence to develop your Self Practice.
This interactive workshop is capped at 8 people.

What to expect…..
After a warm Wellcome, we’ll get started with an introduction to Yoga Self-Practice, including the benefits it brings, and taking a moment to discover why we want to develop our own Self Practice.
Danni will share her approach to Self Practice, and walk us through a Framework that we can use to develop our Self Practice.
It’s the Framework that Danni unconsciously developed over many years of Self Practice and which she has formed into a user friendly tool so that more people can build their confidence and get started with a Self Practice.
We’ll take time to explore some examples, before we get the opportunity to apply the Framework and create our own sequence.
This Workshop is aimed at those who have a grounding in Yoga from attending group classes (in person or online).
And to help you get as much as possible out of the workshop;
There’ll be some pre-Workshop reflection exercises to do,
We’ll keep it light and interactive, so that we can all learn from, and with each other, and;
You’ll receive handouts where you can make your own notes and come away with the Framework to use for your Self Practice.
You’ll leave confident to use what you’ve learned as you move forward with your Yoga journey.

Important stuff!
We’ll be located at The Newick Barn Centre, in the grounds of St Mary’s Church in Newick, Sussex. Free parking. Address: The Barn Centre, Church Road, Newick, BN8 4JZ.
The afternoon is aimed at all abilities. You will need to be able to get down to the floor and back up again unassisted, but in your own time. And you will need a grounding in Yoga from previously attending group classes (online or in-person).
Please bring your yoga mat (if you need to borrow one, please notify us in advance). Please bring a cushion and a blanket for extra comfort. All other props will be provided.
A full itinerary will be provided after your Booking has been received.
Where we have had to cancel an event we will then offer to reschedule your booking onto a future event, or if that’s not possible we will provide a full refund.
The price paid includes a £10 non-refundable deposit in the event of you cancelling your booking.
If you wish to Cancel your booking you must email danni@wellnesswithdanni.com (using the booking software to cancel your booking does not count as fully cancelling your booking).
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event, we can provide a credit towards a future event, or provide a refund less the £10 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event, no refund or credit will be provided (unless we can re-fill your space from a waitlist in which case we’d be able to offer a refund less the £10 non-refundable deposit).
